Unite for Recovery

Wellington is at Alert Level 2 and club activities have resumed. The club urges you to stay in touch and care for each other.

TTC is concerned for the health of its members during the COVID-19 pandemic. TTC monitors and responds to the government's advice for the community and information from members. Please contact a General Committee member if you feel the club can help in any way.

Please be aware of the official advice, and we ask you to please follow the alert level guidance.

Please keep safe and please do not attend club activities if there is any possibility you are at risk, or may be off-colour or ill.

Thank you

Clubnights hui

Clubnight hui are held in the clubrooms at Alert Level 2, but face coverings must be worn, except for the speakers while speaking.
Please do not attend if you are unwell. Please ensure you scan in, or fill in the visitors book.

Club trips

Please see the DoC advice, MSC's Covid Outdoors, and follow the alert level guidance.

Running trips under Alert Level 2:
  • All trips, including trips to the Lodge and Waerenga must have a leader who maintains a record of the people on the trip, the route taken, and when.
  • Treat each trip group like a bubble and stay socially distanced and try to keep a 2 metre distance from people you do not know if possible (other groups out walking/tramping).
  • Trip members may want to consider wearing their masks if there are a lot of other groups around in the area.
  • Stay safe in the hills and enjoy getting out there.
