Great Walks in the Paparoas
late February 2020
From Paddy Gresham after a visit by his party of Greshams and Clendons to some of the new Paparoa Track late in February: "The track opens up an impressive piece of country that is not often visited… Although there are long stretches of exposed tops, the track offers opportunities for a range of bikers and trampers, including families. A side-track, The Pike 29 Memorial Track, is being constructed and will offer further options, and there is always the rough route up the Moonlight and gold in the creek if you want a bit more adventure."
See the next Annual for Paddy's full trip report, with photos.
