Wed 18 Puketaha traverse, Huia forks M/F Colin Cook
Two members undertook a chilly circumnavigation of Sinclair Creek in the Wainuiomata River catchment. Travel was faster than since, contrary to expectation, much of the route carried markers and we got around in about seven hours.
Wed 18 Western Hutt Hills – Harbour View area E Pip Hart-Smith
Sat 21 Dry Creek-Boulder Hill-Petone M Christine Whiteford
3 M and 1 Non-M. Mist came down and they weren't lost for too long. 7hr trip. Lovely calm warm conditions, will do it again for the views they didn't have this time.
