Ambrosia
500 ml cream 1 kg natural sweetened yoghurt 500 gm packet frozen fruit mix (berries work well) 150 gm packet mini marshmallows or chopped marshmallows 200 gm packet chocolate chips
In a large bowl
- whip the cream until stiff, optionally adding vanilla essence
- fold into whipped cream the
- yoghurt
- mini marshmallows
- chocolate chips
- fruit (still frozen)
Chill for an hour or so or overnight
Makes 2 litres (serves 10 to 12)
