Wednesday: The Wednesday walkers' Winter Solstice party attracted around 40 members from all grades to the Crofton Downs Hall. They had delicious food, and two short tramps.
Weekend:
Daniel Rogerson organised the Winter Solstice party at Tararua Lodge. The Christmas-themed party attracted 10 members and 6 non-members, who all had a good time.
Saturday:
Bernard Molloy's Block 16 trip (MF) did not attract much interest, so instead 2 members went walking in the Orongorongos. It was pretty wet.
Sunday:
Tricia Wallbridge's Kaitoke Ridge walk (EM) attracted 19 members and 2 non-members. The track was very muddy so they didn't go the whole way, instead they had tea and scones at Te Marua.
