WEDNESDAY EASY/MEDIUM - CAMP WAINUI – SCHOLL CREEK CIRCUIT
Beautiful little circuit – 4 ½ hours. (7 members, 7 apologies)
SATURDAY MEDIUM/FIT TRIP – HOLDSWORTH
Up to Isabelle for lunch in the sun, then down the spur into headwaters of Frances Creek and up onto East Holdsworth, ending in the carpark after 10 hours. Were competing for the track with runners in the Holdsworth mountain race. (11 members)
SATURDAY MEDIUM TRIP – TRAVERSE OF MARCHANT CREEK
In via Dobsons – traversed the creek coming out before the end, and back out via Dobsons. (4 members)
SUNDAY EASY/MEDIUM – MT BARTON – LITTLE AKATARAWA STREAM
On track, off track and through the river. Up a rock face on a rope. Lots of interesting and exciting activities. Lovely day. (14 members)
FAMILY/PRESCHOOL – CAMPING MT HOLDSWORTH
Three days of brilliant weather. Lots of swimming. Walk on Sunday on the flat. Seven families. (14 adults, 13 children)
