Add weekly activity summary from club night Weekly Activity Report- weekly
Each week the weekly activity reporters, Alan Graham -> mailto:ttc [period] weekly [period] activities [snail] ttc [period] org [period] nz?Subject=Query from TTC website , or Ann Walker -> mailto:ttc [period] weekly [period] activities [snail] ttc [period] org [period] nz?Subject=Query from TTC website on 027 457 2624, collate the activity summary, a record of participation in the club's weekly programme, based on summary reports from the week's trip leaders. The weekly activities emails are managed in a shared email inbox.
- open the wiki page TrampingReports.HomePage
- use the "create new activity summary" field and button to the top right of the page, as shown here, to create the new weekly activity summary page
- follow the page naming convention

- this creates a new page based on the TrampingReports.Template, the template can be updated to suit requirements
- please ensure the summary, on the top line, is provided, i.e.

- images can be included on the page, but for larger numbers of images from a trip please use the Photo galleries
- to add images, while the page is being edited, or from the Attach command at the top right, simply drag and drop the image files onto the drop zone near the top of the page
- gps or kml tracks can be included on the page, see Use Maps or the markup described for NZTopo
- maps can be displayed, see Use Maps, or based on the example given in the template markup
