Tasks to roll the website over to a new calendar year
These tasks roll the website over to a new calendar year and are required to be undertaken in late December or early January every year. They include updating pages, e.g. from "2025" to "2026" and creating new pages.
Updating pages
The following template pages need to be updated. Change "from "2025" to "2026" in page variables, categories, and text.

- Template Brief trip summary here (Trip Reports)
- Trip List Club trip an activity reports (Trip Reports)
This will update categories 2025 and Tramper2025.
- update the Governance . Minutes page to add in GC meeting minutes for the next year.
Creating new pages
Create a new Fixture Card.Club Nights page.
